CFO: PAULA WALLEM
Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Ms. Wallem brings with her an immense business background that compliments the goals and objectives of MMI.
From 1997-2002 Wallem had different positions with increased responsibilities in the ExxonMobil marketing department for the Convenience Stores, overseeing the Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay Region.
Wallem was responsible for the creation and control of the P&L for the marketing department. She created and was in charge of the Category Management Team for Argentina, creating and deciding the product placements for all the convenience stores in the region, The team’s efforts increase the convenience stores sales somewhere between from 9 to 47%, depending on the categories and the stores. The results were so overwhelming, that she also conducted seminars to teach how to increase sales and profits to over 300 gas station owners throughout Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
Due to her business acumen, attention to detail and work ethic, she was ranked Top 10 in the World for ExxonMobil in her category within the FORTUNE 500 giant.
From 2002-2005 Paula was hired as Sales Director for the 5,000+ member Tyson Sport and Health Club in McLean, VA. Under her tenure the club had record sales growth and Ms. Wallem consistently exceeded quotas and revenue projections set upon her and her team.
In 2005 Ms. Wallem was hired as Mark McClure International's CFO and COO to assist in its expansion efforts globally and she has exceeded expectations month after month. From 2005-2006, Paula was responsible in opening up Europe, Asia and the Middle East as new MMI business outlets, countries and regions that MMI now has a solid hub in.
Since 2009, Paula has been also a co-producer of The Mark McClure Show, The Ruthless Entrepreneur Show, The Equity Enhancer Show and Inside Sports and now Beer 30.
Paula has an MBA and speaks 4 languages; Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and English.
