WHO IS MARK MCCLURE 
 

Mark began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 25 with drive, vision and only $2,500 to his name.  With a goal of acquiring  business and real estate entities for the purpose of restructure and profit recapture, he was able to turn his meager investment into assets that exceeded $1MM and a company with revenues of over $1.5MM and a staff of over 30, all within 24 months.
 
At the age of 28 in 1996 and not content to sit idle, Mark saw the need for a minor league professional basketball team to complement the already successful minor league hockey and baseball teams in the city of Portland, Maine.  Undeterred by his young age and lack of funds relative to the size of the deal, Mark was able to form a syndicate with an array of investors and purchased the franchise, becoming the youngest owner in pro sports history as a majority owner of the Portland Mountain Cats of the USBL.  In his inaugural season as CEO and General Manager, Mark was instrumental in closing marketing agreements with various regional and Fortune 500 Companies, planning out the season’s promotions, handling contract negotiations with the league, player agents and coaches, and setting an opening night attendance record for the league.  Due to his efforts and strong selling and management skills the team finished 3rd in win/loss (18-11), 2nd in overall attendance, produced the league’s MVP, and sent five players to the NBA, surprising even the most cynical observers with his strong first year performance. 

Upon selling the franchise, Mark moved onto large real estate development and investment banking projects internationally, negotiating and/or closing deals that ranged from $10K to over $100 million in over 30 industries on 4 continents with such individuals as CEO’s, NBA agents, high powered attorney’s, FORTUNE 500 executives and various other business owners on every level.
 
Due to his amazing grasp of sales, negotiation and international business topics Mark is consistently in demand to speak for companies and public groups worldwide. He has trained more then two hundred of the FORTUNE 500, conducted over 4,000 training workshops for companies of various sizes, and spoken to SOLD OUT audiences in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East!!! In addition he has written three best selling books and recorded numerous audio and visual programs of his incredible programs. PAULA WALLEM, CFO

Paula Wallem is Mark McClure International's acting CFO and COO, and is the backbone of the organization and it's continued growth. Hailing from Beunos Aires, Argentina, Ms. Wallem brings with her an immense business background that compliments the goals and objectives of MMI.

From 1997-2002 Paula oversaw more than 3,000 convenience stores for Exxon/Mobil throughout Argentina, handling everything from quality control to new product testing and overall expansion. Due to her business accumen, attention to detail and work ethic, she was ranked Top 10 in the World for Exxon/Mobil in her catagory within the FORTUNE 500 giant.

From 2002-2005 Paula was hired as Sales Director for the 5,000+ member Tyson Sport and Health Club in McLean, VA. Under her tenure the club had record sales growth and Ms. Wallem consistently exceeded quota's and revenue projections set upon her and her team.

In 2005 Ms. Wallem was hired as Mark McClure International's CFO and COO to assist in it's expansion efforts globally and she has exceeded expectations month after month. From 2005-2006, Paula was responsible in opening up Europe, Asia and the Middle East as new MMI business outlets, countries and regions that MMI now has a solid hub in.

Paula has an MBA and speaks 4 languages; Portugese, Spanish, Italian and English.
